The CD Baby/ Berklee DIY Conference focused squarely on the independent artist. Artists and industry representatives attended panels, breakout sessions, networked, and collaborated. With 252 attendees spanning from over 31 different countries, this was a truly versatile event.My specific duties in creating the conference include; •Working within an intimate team of three to market and promote the conference, as well as secure sponsorships and build partnerships within Europe•Project lead on securing guest speakers, creating the conference schedule and organizing all day of logistics and volunteers for the 3-day conference • Creating digital media and publicity campaigns • Managing social channels, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

After the devastating wild fires that ravaged Fort McMurray, a dynamic team came together to create a live concert event to help raise money for the community. In less than two months, our team acting as producers created a lineup of over 16 artists including Blue Rodeo, Nickelback and City & Colour to play Edmonton's Commonwealth Stadium. Over 30,000 tickets were sold and two million dollars was raised and donated to the United Way of Fort McMurray. I acted as the liaison between all levels of the volunteer committee including production, sponsorship, marketing, finance and artist relations.
