With more than 20 years of comprehensive experience providing legal and strategic advice on a broad range of complex commercial contracts, with a specific focus on commercial real estate and construction matters including litigation, leases, sales and acquisitions, financing, fund governance, property management, development and redevelopment, bonding, liens and rent payment issues.I have acted as both outside and in-house General Counsel to variety of entities including a real estate developers and investors, contractors, publishers, a food service and entertainment clients, technology consultants, franchisees, and non-profits. I have managed the formation, operation, and restructuring of new and existing business entities, including single-purpose entities as well as negotiated and drafted complex commercial contracts across a wide variety of industries, including construction agreements and real estate transactions from letters of intent through closing documents. Strong and productive personal relationships is the key collaborating effectively with internal business partners in order to get deals closed, while ensuring adequate protections for my client. Earlier in my career I spent 10 years founding and growing a WBE certified boutique law firm which specialized in commercial real estate and construction. I am a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
