Hi, I am Anna. • A dedicated professional with >10 years of work experience in C-level consulting and leading high-complexity projects in challenging environments. I have conducted a variety of projects and transformation programs from its strategic core to the thoroughly arranged detail, and regularly demonstrated initiative and leadership skill. My recent engagements focused on the areas of digitalization, mobility and organizational development, amongst others. A couple of interesting facts:• I am not only a certified change consultant (Prozessbegleiterin) and coach, but also a Gestalt therapist in training. I built and keep supporting a community of Ukrainian refugees. In the process, I developed my own method, which I call "creative psychology". Its worldview routs in Gestalt and systemic psychology but it integrates methods of body-oriented psychotherapy, art-therapy and psychodrama, as well.• I speak several languages and bring living and working experience in France, China, Israel, UK, Ukraine, Russia and Germany to the table. I love in cross-cultural teams and work environments. And, as you may have guessed, I am passionate about traveling.• My hobbies include classical singing and my floppy-eared doggo Finik.
