Master’s degree in Acting with three years’ experience arts-event planning and a background in retail management. A creative self-starter and quick learner. Versatile skill set with experience in event planning, customer service, arts management, education, and written and oral communication. Recognized skills in mentoring, social media outreach, and in leading team projects.

• Execute artistic role in a consistent manner• Change approach to role based on input from director and artistic board• Work in an intensely-emotional environment with a team of additional artists to produce a high-quality show that supports Theatre B’s mission statement

● Maintain backroom Merchandise Flow practices to ensure product availability, sell-down, ease of use and rapid filling. ● Educate entire team on safety practices. Speak to federal and state workplace laws, company safety guidelines, worker’s compensation policies and backroom, office and break area rules. ● Analyze business results, determine wins and opportunities, discuss root causes and develop appropriate action plans. Implement these plans with team. ● Act as point-person in the absence of Store Manager. Generate schedule, attend weekly conference call, answer to District Manager and oversee store operations, coaching managers, leadership team, and associates. ● Responsible for sales results within category. Speak to results, brand direction, and business insight in front of store team, leadership and district managers● Coach, develop and retain top talent, sourcing associates as appropriate, and training candidates in a manner that fosters brand loyalty, customer service and company values. ● Plan, execute and maintain brand-directed floorsets, window-changes, sales strategies and product stories. Train category supervisor in this capacity. ● Schedule talent coverage based on traffic, talent and featured product. Detail daily schedules to ensure all members of leadership team are focused and accountable.
