With over 5 years of experience in product development, I have a passion for managing complex timelines, driving business based on market research and data-backed decisions, and bringing high-quality products at the best possible cost to launch.In my current role as the Associate Product Manager of Jobsite Apparel at Milwaukee Tool, I have helped build a workwear brand that started only six years ago in 2018. The category has grown significantly year-over-year, with myself leading the charge in managing the portfolio and developing its new products with cross-functional partners. My excitement for pitching new initiatives and products continues to flourish in this role. In addition to my Milwaukee Tool experience, I have also contributed to growth at the established retail company, Kohl’s Department Stores. Here I drove end-to-end development and production for over $200M annually of private label apparel business, including activewear, sleepwear, and women's knits. I successfully negotiated product costs with suppliers, communicated daily with mills and vendors across 14 different countries, and managed the creation of each new product through BOMs and Tech Packs input into a PLM system. My ability to track the development of raw materials, trims, and samples ensured on-time product launches, contributing to the overall success of the business.I love working in a fast-paced, product-focused industry that must continue to evolve to meet consumer needs to stay ahead.
