• Co-Founder of ALLY Youth Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit using a relationship-based model to provide services to homeless, at-risk and incarcerated youth. Led the organization in the development of its mission, vision and strategic plans providing the framework to successfully execute programs• Recruited, trained and managed over 100 volunteers in the operation of a drop-in center, street outreach, and mentoring programs. Provided services for approximately 600 youth, served over 2000 meals, and provided or referred more than 100 youth to advanced services.• Developed and managed key partnerships including Boulder County Housing & Human Services, Community Justice Services, Boulder County Jail, Colorado University and several nonprofits.
