With over 15 years of international experience, I have worked on humanitarian and sustainable development projects in South Africa and Uganda, and have consulted for clients in Brazil, Canada, USA, and Australia. I returned to Brazil - after 10 years in Canada, and joined EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Advisory practice, where I worked in consulting projects in various sectors, and led an award-winning volunteer program for the Rio2016 Olympics. As Corporate Responsibility Leader for LATAM South, I adapted and implemented the new global CR strategy and managed numerous local initiatives.In 2020, I joined MovingWorlds, a platform built to connect social entrepreneurs to highly skilled volunteers so together they could help solve some of the world's greatest challenges. Later, I became part of Nubank’s founding ESG team, overseeing ESG Performance and Regulatory matters. Currently, I work as a sustainability consultant at Pares Strategy and Development and lead the Brazil2Equal Program, aimed at exploring the nexus between gender and racial diversity and climate change, at the International Finance Corporation - a member of the World Bank Group.As I grew in my career and developed a broader understanding of sustainability, I understood the missing link in sustainability was personal. I then developed the concept of personal sustainability and launched a mentorship program, called Inner Journey. The program integrates the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework, Theory U model, and various therapeutic methods to help individuals, especially women, achieve a balanced and healthy approach to life by developing the inner capacity to deal with our increasingly complex environment and foster sustainable relationships with society and the planet.I graduated with distinction in Political Science and Sociology from Concordia University in Canada, hold a Post-Graduate certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Toronto, and am a Certified Sustainability Professional, Psychoanalyst, Thetahealer and Breathworker.
