Anna implemented a robust engagement strategy and committed 89% of participants to fundraising for the foundation during her time with the program, which was unfortunately cut short due to the implications of the global COVID-19 pandemic on the non-profit sector. Anna remains a loyal supporter of the mission.Anna was also the keynote speaker at the 2019 Gala Launch, sharing her personal experience surviving a stroke to mobilize major gifts and corporate donors and inspire support of the organization's mission.

Anna managed the crisis response and issues management resulting from the decision to move WE Day from Calgary to Edmonton in 2018.Anna also represented WE as the host of the inaugral Educator Summit in 2019, attended by educators worldwide and presented at district-wide conferences, and facilitated corporate fundraising-focused workshops for companies such as Telus and KPMG.
