Current* providing secretarial and administrative support to HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and HR team:* handling of telephone calls: answering queries on HR administrative requests and rules from staff and external entities;* drafting, editing, formating correspondence;* liaising with internal and external contacts and parties;* coordinating HR team meetings and social events;* preparation of Business Partners meetings and following up on actions;* management of calendars, business travel arrangements and expenses claim;* distribution, registration of mail and documents;* leave planning overviews and leaves registration into the SAP system;* being in charge of offices accommodation and office supplies
