Each day I provide excellent member service to each member I help, which I am very proud of. I fulfill the requests of my member to the best of my ability, or point them in the direction of someone who can.As of December 2023, I am also a fully trained backup cashiering supervisor.

During my time as Customer Service Team Leader, I planned and executed a new onboarding process for all new hires, a uniform ordering plan, fundraising activities, and payroll duties. I also maintained personnel files, ordered various supplies for my department, and ensured associates received proper training.

As Customer Service Staff, I was able to become a job class trainer and train multiple new associates. I was also able to aid my management team in improving processes, communicating to our team as a whole, and make strides with fundraising activities for local causes.
