I am not a tunnel vision type. I create wide angle 360 perspective – a full scope of the project first, and only then address every aspect of a design process, always keeping an eye on a big picture. I have a natural gift for storytelling but art has always been my passion. Design allows me to combine both of these worlds seamlessly.I had a pleasure of working with large corporations and small boutique agencies as well as running my own design business for number of years. This experience gives me a unique perspective on how to: • Manage and operate teams of various sizes • Art Direct photo and video shoots• Design impactful typography and layouts• Allocate budgets• Create projects from idea conception to final production and distribution • Pitch projects to clients• Establish relationships with public relations, modeling and marketing agencies• Conduct photo research• Negotiate with vendors• Collaborate with editorial, marketing and sales teams• Produce and merchandise photo and video shoots • Develop social media visual assets My strengths are: creative team management, strategizing and brand concept development. I strike an illusive balance between hands-on/hands-off management style while addressing every aspect of a project including technical capabilities:• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)• Working knowledge of Wordpress• Google Slides• Google Analytics• Power Point• Keynote• Instagram• Mailchimp
