Our sessions help my coachees to consider their goals in equilibrium with their personal support systems & my developmental inquiry approach opens up thinking so they can achieve new insights, balance & perspective. A coach with business leadership experience, I also have an Executive MBA, a post-graduate Coaching qualification, am a certified coach supervisor & hold a BSc in Environmental Science. In over 20 years in a range of leadership roles, I have led large multi-disciplinary teams & been responsible for divisional P&L. Having developed my career at Ashridge Business School & ActionAid, I now work as a coach in a range of sectors, scales of organisation & job roles. As part of the Executive Coaching Panel at Warwick Business School, I am coach to the Executive MBAs based at the London campus at The Shard. As an executive coach on Henley Business School's Executive Management Programme, I work 121 with execs to fast-track their development over the duration of this flagship programme. Specialising in key transitions, I also coach senior leaders, either via their organisations or privately. I am a Tavistock Institute Certified Supervisor for coaches & consultants. In this element of my work I offer personalised 121 development and coaching for coaches, as well as supervision. 🌿 A key feature of all my work is bringing nature & systems thinking in as a partner in the learning process.
