Following the announcement of Ashridge Business School's strategic alliance with Hult International Business School, I was asked to co-lead the team working on the merger. The primary purpose of the role was to facilitate the delivery of the planned benefits of the merger and to promote dialogue and collaboration between colleagues in Ashridge and Hult..
