CurrentManaging Corporate Communications at PVM Italy , by identifying most important communications projects and initiatives to support PVM's global strategies and goals. Responsibilities include PR, internal communication, crisis communication, employer branding, employee engagement , sustainability communication. Activities include managing company communication channels (website, social media platforms), internal newsletters, corporate Identity material, press releases, organizing press conferences and internal events, diversity and inclusion program. I cooperate with and support Management and HR Department in plans and activities designed to keep our people engaged, passionate and involved.
