Senior Human Resources Advisor
CurrentAn experienced HR professional, in a dynamic work environment , shifting between the strategic and tactical aspects of the role.• Provide direct client-partner services and internal HR support to various departments (Corporate, Commercial, and Upstream), including support of senior leadership and employees to drive a competitive advantage through people.• Work with global HR teams to grow the business talent and leadership capabilities in the various business functions that are aligned in the United States, Canada and globally. • Leverage organizational effectiveness best practice tools and techniques to; diagnose organizational issues and design organization improvement strategies, consult effectively with client managers, and manage organizational change projects to achieve business results.• Consult on workplace change management resulting from various business improvement/growth initiatives to ensure efficient and effective implementation and prevent erosion of business talents.• Lead HR investigations in policy violations, provide direction on disability management and partner with Occupational Health on Alcohol and Drug related issues to help mitigate risk to the business and promote a safe and healthy workplace.• Participate in the development, monitoring and improvement of HR policies, practices, and programs to continuously improve the delivery of HR related programs.
