As owner of Four Corners Mapping, a cartography and GIS consulting firm, Anna’s work reflects her belief in the power and impact of beautiful maps to advocate for meaningful environmental causes and the protection of the natural world. She strives to imbue her maps with carefully crafted elements of design that provide context, invite inquiry, and distill the unique story of a place, whether it’s a Story Map about an endangered river or a treasure map for a community-wide scavenger hunt. She shares her life with her husband and two children in Durango, Colorado, where they take every chance they can get to escape to the refuge of the mountains, canyons, and rivers of the American West.
