- Lead the team responsible for the full clinical trial portfolio in MSK’s Medicine Breast service - Develop, build, and direct the functions and activities of a team of 34- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of 135 protocols (IDE/IND/IIT/BRP/RRP/QOL/SPUs)- Partner with leadership (Department Chairs, Service Chiefs, Section Heads, Vice Chairs, and Associate - Director of Clinical Research) to strategically forecast operational needs and set the long-term direction of the program- Implemented telemedicine platform for the service during COVID - Ensure compliance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures, quality and safety standards, improvement initiatives, and external legal regulations

- Lead 4 teams in services across the Department of Surgery to conduct a diverse portfolio of 172 clinical trials (ex. Sponsored and IIT IDE/IND studies, Non-IDE/IND therapeutics, diagnostic, biospecimen, RRP; Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, RRP)

- Coordinate between patients, clinical team, and ancillary staff to consent, treat, and follow patients on various clinical trials- Oversee the collection, storage, and sharing (institutional collaboration) of samples for a large scale biospecimen project (~4200 samples)- Assist in data collection and trial workflow in the clinical setting, procedure room, and OR- Manage regulatory and administrative aspects of multiple clinical trials; both in house and sponsored

Maintain all current chapter and member data, oversee general chapter administrative responsibilities, preside over Officers' Council, develop and maintain chapter calendar, serve as a presiding officer in planning and implementing chapter meeting, serve as host and point person for Fraternity visitors, and lead the Administration Team.Attended Nation Collegiate Leadership Conference held in Dallas, TX. CLC catered to skill develpoment for collegiate chapter officers.
