Work closely with account management, including helping deliver the creative concepts and execution strategies to the customers;Help determine project management timelines and budgets based on the marketing concepts;Manage web content and provide relevant support within the eCommerce field;Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, product managers, designers, vendors, and other links;Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies;Work with the Marketing Manager to develop timely and relevant communications for various trigger points in the customer lifecycle;Help develop and execute web content strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, search engine rank, and lead generation activities;Advise on the development of content strategies and providing ideas for engaging audiences;Manage all aspects of trafficking raw material/content into a finished product suitable for distribution through appropriate digital channels;Track and report on metrics related to content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
