As a project manager from 2018 to 2024, I've achieved significant successes. The team has become significantly stronger and more efficient, leading to increased productivity and customer satisfaction levels.◾️Task: Conduct marketing activities to attract clients✖️Problem: Low client conversion, relying solely on word-of-mouth.✔️Result: Studio rebranding, website creation, social media setup, and advertising campaign setup.
