As a project manager from 2018 to 2024, I've achieved significant successes. Several major projects were successfully completed during this period:◾️Task: Optimize processes and scale the team✖️Problem: In 2018, the team consisted of 9 members, mostly generalists, with low team cohesion and employee burnout.✔️Result: Since 2021, the team has grown to 25 members, including specialized professionals. The team has become significantly stronger and more efficient, leading to increased productivity and customer satisfaction levels.◾️Task: Conduct marketing activities to attract clients✖️Problem: Low client conversion, relying solely on word-of-mouth.✔️Result: Studio rebranding, website creation, social media setup, and advertising campaign setup. Increased client base, enhanced brand recognition, international projects in Barcelona, Dubai, and Montenegro.◾️Task: Optimize Project Management and increase area implementation✖️Problem: Small-scale projects, missed deadlines.Work Dynamics:Before 2018 - up to 800 sq. ft.From 2021 to 2022 - over 3000 sq. ft.From 2023 to present - over 3500 sq. ft.✔️Result: Increased project count and quality, attracted network clients, and all projects were completed on time and within budget.◾️Task: Project support organization✔️Result: Logo development, production, promotion, participation in competitions.◾️Task: Submit project for competition✔️Result: San-City Residential Complex in Sochi received the Grand Prix of the main award in the field of architecture and urban planning in Russia, Urban Awards, in 2022, where our projects were featured.
