As the marketing lead for Talent Strategy Group I will be leading efforts to inform and educate the worldwide population about how to build better talent faster. As the social media manager, I managed all of the social media accounts for ICA. I engaged with our followers daily, post relevant content, track analytics for marketing purposes, and research how to improve engagement. As the website manager, I tracked our performance through Google analytics, worked on Search Engine Optimization, handled any and all website updates, configured our network with the host, ensured security protections are in place, handled web inquiries, and all related tasks. As a Marketing Assistant, I created new marketing content such as emails and landing pages using WordPress to be shared over various platforms including Hubspot, tracked engaged contacts, and focused on optimizing our approach to gaining new clients.

Pearl River, New York

I worked with a local website design company that allows small or large businesses to grow their network. My responsibilities included being constantly available for phone meetings or in person meetings with clients to discuss projects, pricing, writing content for websites, assisting in the design and production of the websites. My role also involved extensive research on new and innovative web platforms, our clients, and current social media trends.. Additionally, I have written content for and assisted in the design for an upcoming mobile app. I also write content for the websites we build.

For the Summer of 2019, I worked with ICA Risk Management Consultants, who represents the interests of their clients to assure the Client's assets, business endeavors, and future are properly protected from a risk management perspective. ICA advises hundreds of clients in a wide spectrum of industries that collectively spend billions of dollars for risk management products annually. I gained invaluable insight into the field of risk management, which greatly enhanced my areas of study. I mainly worked with the head of the marketing team to promote ICA's services in a new and more accessible way. This included research into various areas of risk management, insurance, current events, and then creating new content based off of this research or updating outdated content. I was also able to choose topics that I was interested in to create non-insurance related marketing campaigns. I chose to learn more about the field of political risk management and how risk management impacts not only politicians, but also businesses or citizens whose lives are impacted due to political decisions and changes. I read through, edited, and made suggestions for all of the informational content and articles in their sales folders for new clients. Additionally, ICA was in the process of creating a new website and I took a lead role in this project. I managed the planning, updating, editing and rewriting of content, web design, developing through WordPress, meeting with web designers, kept a record of all changes, and the implementation of the new website, which has recently launched. I also created a presentation for the new site which we revealed at the monthly marketing meeting with all of ICA's Associates and Consultants.

I am a student supervisor at Fairfield University RecPlex. When working shifts, I manage my own staff of students, help with customer questions or support, ensure fitness classes run on time and smoothly, and handle emergency situations by following University protocol (ie. injuries). I additionally help in employee evaluations, propose candidates for the supervisor role, propose innovative solutions to any problem the gym or staff may face, and attend and assist in summer training for new/ returning supervisors and staff.

Greater New York City Area

Over the Summer of 2018, I worked with the Youth Development Team for the 22nd Session of the Youth Assembly at the United Nations. I worked to help plan the Assembly, run delegate and sponsor outreach, help in the delegate selection process, research partners/sponsors for career-oriented and professional development opportunities, research and contact various UN Missions and other UN members or reps, organize sessions and workshops during the YA, and plan how to better engage youth during and post conference. My team helped in the design, content writing, and the successful implementation of a new project called the Impact Challenge and a new role associated with the competition called the Impact Facilitator. The Challenge invites participating Delegates to develop original, impactful, and innovative solutions to human development, peace and security, and environmental issues in the UN's 2030 SDGs Agenda. During the five-day Assembly in NYC, I ensured programs ran smoothly, met and engaged with our speakers and delegates, ran and moderated sessions, and gave a speech on our Word Cloud Project at the official Closing Ceremony. Proficiency in GoToMeeting, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, all Google platforms, Skype, and Social Media platforms.
