Helped with developing a paper for Advances in Online Education. Research Assistant - Readability Project with iSchool and English Spring 2021 to Fall 2021Responsible for working with a team to design and implement research projects around the virtual reading lab quizzes that determine a person’s preferred reading format. Designed and created the qualtrics surveys. Worked with the team to gather and analyze open-ended responses from surveys and focus groups. Project ended in November 2021. Aid students during English Learning Acquisition for Adults (ELAA) at Adult Basic Education for College and Career (ABECC) at the Pima County Community College. I help students create email accounts and log into the school website.

Inventory current trainingConvert online reports to MS Access and create training materials for university community. Perform needs analysis and evaluate tools required. Build prerequisites for the in-person training as well as supplemental material for post training support. Special projects as needed.Support for adhoc request.Support for research requests.Support for production processes like: IPEDS, HEI, NSC, Surveys, and Census Reporting.

Provides direction, oversees preparation for and submittal of the state/federal/university reporting and/or data sets; identifies issues affecting analysis or reporting and determines workaround or solution; anticipates reporting and/or data needs of OESAR, ES leadership and the university; reviews processes, reports and data sets regularly for quality and accuracy; remains current on state/federal/university reporting requirements, policies and regulations; supervises staff to accomplish work load; exercises discretion in determining appropriate methodologies for analysis and data; other duties as assigned;Data analysis liaison and volunteer paper reviewer for CSRDE conferences;

Manages data and reporting for student, course, and degree functional areas. Coordinates production and maintenance of standard reports/processes. Manages development and implementation of new standardized reports based on user feedback and university priorities. Coordinates responses to special data requests. Manages special analyses. Identifies appropriate tools and procedures. Hires, trains, supervises staff; assigns projects; ensures work is completed with accuracy and timeliness. Experience in management information reporting or institutional research required. Demonstrated advanced problem-solving abilities in the application of appropriate methodologies to data required. Advanced communication and presentation skills desired. Experience in project management desired. In-depth knowledge of student and course data, demonstrated experience evaluating impact of these areas on the University desired.
