CurrentINTERIOR DESIGN - Briscoe Residence - 2020 - presentStylizing executive home defining colour palettes, presentation of design package, selection of fabrics, furnishings, finishes and accessories, art consultation and vendor management to produce custom art pieces for the home, provision of sub-contractors within scope of project and periodic inspection of residence during installation to ensure work is done in accordance with professionals standards.INTERIOR DESIGN - Henderson Residence 2021 - 2021Townhome e-design project to improve the function in the space. Deliverables included AutoCad floor plans, sketch-up renderings, functional space planning and sourcing of furnishings based on a constrained budget.INTERIOR DESIGN - Akoli’s Residence — 2019 - 2019Implemented a systematic approach to assist the client in prioritization and execution of each space in her two story home to meet budget and expectation.Deliverables included space planning, conceptualized floorpans into 3D renderings to provide the overall creative vision for each space, sourcing of furnishings and a presentation of an image document for implementation. INTERIOR DESIGN - Journey Church — 2018 - 2019Commercial project to modernize a dated facility expected to host 500+ people within the budget constraints of a not for profit organization.Deliverables included: updated lighting solution throughout the foyer, offices and main sanctuary, implementation of a universal flooring system, colour consultation and implementation of colour palette, trades and volunteer project management, on-site inspection and customized staff office makeovers.INTERIOR DESIGN - Muth’s resident — 2016Residential resale project focusing on the update of the family room. Deliverables included: space planning, furnishings, sourced suppliers, an interior furnishing schedule outlining product specifications and creative boards to help client visualize overall look and feel with recommendations.
