As the first HR manager at Borgun, my main task was to develop the HR function within the company. Besides daily operations and administration, my work together with other members of management included implementing a Human Resources strategy in line with organizational objectives, forecasting, compensation budgeting, measuring and analyzing results. I also had a consulting role for management in workforce planning and restructuring, and supervised performance management and training. Other projects included the implementation of a new IT system for HR, and participation in quality and compliance issues.

In charge of HR management in Retail with 450 employees in total. Provided HR consulting to all Branch managers regarding change management initiatives, workforce planning, talent and performance management, and compensation. On a more strategic level, I was involved in forming customer-service and sales strategies and quality.Project leader for implementation of SAP HR and Salary solutions globally. Responsible for leadership training, workplace audits and key performance indicators (KPI) on group level.

Constructed and promoted a KPI product, benchmarking HR and Financial ratios. Other projects including workplace audits and HR strategy implementation.
