In my current role I am responsible for developing exciting campaign ideas for clients within various industries to create high-quality backlinks. Bringing these ideas to life involves in-depth research, data gathering, and writing intriguing press releases before distributing the campaigns to relevant journalists.As well as this, I also train and support new employees throughout their probation period to ensure targets are met through successful campaigns.

During my time as a copywriter I was responsible for creating SEO content and participating in ideations to develop exciting concepts. Optimising website copy to improve search engine rankings was another major part of my role, including altering meta descriptions, H1s, H2s and body text by adding relevant keywords.

Assisting with social media scheduling and blog posts was a key part of my role for the launch of the brand as well as researching sustainable fashion news to ensure that the content I created was relevant. Writing press releases and creating email templates for contacts was also an important part of my role so that Scarlet Destiny was recognised successfully and reaches the relevant people.

Providing excellent customer service was a key part of my job, especially when working on the jewellery counter, where I was required to know the fine details of each product to ensure the best advice was given to customers. Maintaining departments was another part of my role where I ensured the stock looked aesthetically pleasing and picked out the most popular brands to create displays.
