I was responsible for marketing, recruitment and the internal education program for the trainees in their roles as future leaders, strategists and specialists. I also led and developed our mentoring program that involved 40-50 managers and leaders annually.As another part of my job I worked at Helsingborg Family HQ (secretariat) with internal communication and project management. The secretariat is responsible for coordinating the work of the board, the municipal directors, the networks and various collaborative projects.
