Being Head of HR and Operations at 'The Eco Creative', my responsibilities includes overall HR planning, Payroll management, Crafting and managing quarterly and annual hiring plans. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and to expand market share, Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features), Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives etc.

During my time at the PCAA, i was involved in a lot of different tasks and was on rotation of different sub-branches of HR domain every week so I got more exposure. My internship at the PCAA was an outstanding learning experience. I didn’t only get a deep and inspiring insight in the work of PCAA, but also the other friendly and cooperative staff members took a lot of effort to make it a helpful visit for me in every way.
