I received my Masters in Counseling with a concentration in Multiculturalism and began my professional life as a University Career Counselor, assisting students from all walks of life and backgrounds with major and career decision-making along with interview and job search preparation. I have carried these skills over into my role as a recruiter, where I support candidates in matching career opportunities to their goals and motivations. I serve as Recruiting Business Partner to Hiring Leaders, leveraging my ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on my knowledge and experience of Human Resource related topics including talent mapping, risk, legal compliance, compensation, and HR policies/procedures.
