I am a director at Lansons in London, directing a variety of accounts, focusing on corporate positioning, issues and crisis management and stakeholder engagement programs for companies, brands and governments. I work with multinational organisations on their internal and external stakeholder programmes, executing global and country specific programmes. I have been working with the executive and communications teams of companies and brands, start-ups, challengers and individuals, advising on their media engagement and stakeholder programmes, taking them from their intent to launch announcement, through fundraising rounds and regulatory approval to launch and ongoing reputation management. I have worked with major brands and companies such as Tesco, Barclays, JP Morgan, Fidelity and MBNA. I have also worked with the Isle of Man Government, advising the Cabinet Office on their media and political engagement programme. I specialise in crisis management and have experience in preparing for and dealing with a variety of issues from regulatory investigations, to parliamentary enquiries, employment tribunals to customers services and product related issues. At Lansons, I play an important role within the consultancy’s international partner agency networks and lead and advise on international communications and change briefs.
