Anna acted as the Assistant Asset Manager for the West Coast Portfolio which includes 24 industrial properties or 6.7 million square feet in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Seattle. She joined DEXUS Property Group in June 2010. Anna’s primary focus was working with the Portfolio Managers to ensure the optimal income and maximum capital value was reached and maintained. Anna helped coordinate business plans and budgets which include accurate forecasting, capital management and market research.

Anna joined SVN Equities, LLC in October 2004. She was involved in the acquisition and disposition of various product types including multi-tenant industrial parks, office-flex space, multi-family, and multi-tenant office. Since joining SVN Equities, she assisted in the syndication of over $400 million in commercial real estate. Anna has a broad range of experience including investor/client relations, acquisition due diligence, loan processing and financial analysis/underwriting.
