-Follow NBA Team travel contract with Sports Travel Plus to ensure that the host Hotel has executed contract as negotiated.-Address any concerns with the Sports Travel Plus office and work with Hotel to address them prior to arrival.-Inspect all hotel rooms used by Team, including any special requests made by the Team.-Oversee hotel staff preparations for visit including printing of Team room list and room keys.-Use discretion and confidentiality with traveling Teams. -Upon arrival, ensure that Team has collected all of their keys, luggage has been distributed to its proper location and any questions have been addressed to the Hotel or Sports Travel Plus office.

Deliver proof of performance recap.-Wrote on-air PSA's for on-air talent to read throughout the week.-Maintain radio station community events page on website.-Made site checks prior to any on-air remotes to meet on-site contact and ensure that broadcast equipment functioned correctly.-Attend weekly promotional meetings with Department Managers to review requests and calendar of upcoming events.-Scheduled and guided radio station tours for community groups including Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
