I am a corporate attorney at Williams Mullen. My practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as other general corporate matters, such as forming entities and preparing organizational documents. I graduated from William & Mary twice: first with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College in 2018 and again in 2023 with a J.D from William & Mary Law School. Prior to law school, I worked as a securities and corporate paralegal, assisting clients with filing public offerings through the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and their other corporate needs. In my free time, I enjoy running the scenic routes in Richmond, hiking in the Appalachians, and working through my "To Be Read" book stack.
