I have over 10 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on payroll, personnel administration, time management, employee central, and employee central payroll.I have been involved in many large and complex payroll projects as a principal developer, project manager, or product owner, working with cross-functional and international teams. I have also acquired various skills in ABAP development, requirements preparation, TDD, database development, parallelization, and platform differences. I am passionate about enhancing the user experience, engineering excellence, and communication effectiveness in my field of expertise.
