Responsible for the design, development and direction of a university events operation, ensuring that events carry the presidential standard of hospitality and university branding necessary to advance institutional priorities, align with strategic resource management, and provide a clear return on institutional investment. University events include events that (1) engage a large portion of external constituents; (2) serve to accomplish a strategic university initiative or objective; or (3) require substantial investment of university time and funding in execution. These events are held online, on campus, throughout Colorado, and nationally, with a high degree of exposure to internal and external constituents.Responsible for the strategic and operational management of an assigned event portfolio, to include university commencement, presidential events, donor events, acknowledgment and recognition events, and other special events delegated by the Office of the President and/or University Advancement. Collaborate with faculty and staff across the university on the execution of university events. Includes project management, budget management, event marketing, programming, logistics, constituent and guest experience, brand development and evaluation.

Served as a member of the division's university events team and was responsible for coordinating a portfolio of university and special events.
