I am an MBS alumnus and currently I work for KPMG as a consultant in Strategy and Operation group Mananegement Consulting Department. My interests cover a wide scope of areas, such as Strategic Management, Change Management, Lean operations, Robotization, and Sustainability. In adition to that I do love to discover innovative and drastic changes in business area. I have wrote a Master Thesis about Holacracy? a new way to organize organizationa, where I analyzed advantages and disadvantages of Holacracy for variety of organizations. Regarding myself I want to figure out three main features:1) I am a “challenge lover” - crack exceptional business problems is one that excessively passionate and motivate me. 2) I am a team player - share the idea of collaboration and exchanging knowledge during the working process is something that I have learned studying abroad and I do consider this approach as the most efficient one.3) I am a life-long student - develop in every stage of my life, expand capabilities and master personal skills are my core priority.
