Passionate about musical theatre, group singing, and building communities through these mediums, I work as a facilitator, musical director, composer/lyricist and vocal arranger.I am co-director of Starling Arts, a Community Interest Company advocating group singing and musical theatre to inspire happy and healthy communities across London and beyond.Having co-founded Starling Arts with Emily Garsin in 2009, we work with freelance creatives and facilitators to produce exceptional projects and events that showcase the transformative power of group singing. Working in healthcare settings, businesses, schools, and communities, we see firsthand how the simple act of singing together can improve wellbeing, build group morale and have a lasting, positive impact on people's confidence and self-esteem.Since 2010 we have run community choirs with non-professional adult singers across London. In 2023 we announced a partnership with the West End musical Wicked to exclusively deliver school and community group workshops inspired by the hit show.
