Managed facilities and administrative services for a private Russian technology company. Managed office premises of 3000m2 in several locations in Moscow.

Led a scope of core transformation processes in the area of property management and general services. Oversaw all administration including Real Estate and facilities management, car fleet, logistic and warehousing, office management and business support at the country level in Russia. Delivered a fit-out project of 48000 sq.m. Class A office space which consolidated 2500 people moved from several locations.

Managed the function and projects related to administrative and general services at HQ level for several legal entities. A project “New Office for CTC Media” was successfully completed in November 2010. In the frame of the project a scope of fit-out works of 8000 m2 Class A office space were delivered on time and on budget under extremely tight time schedule. The project got “Best Office Award 2010” and “HR Brand 2011” award. Another project of reconstruction a technology center along with facade renovation was successfully completed for internal customers - broadcasting departments in 2011-2012.Cost optimization project was successfully delivered by the 2012 year end, some functions were consolidated and centralized, others were transferred to outsourcing.

Managed overall operations and business processes for Investment Banking Russian coverage team based in Moscow and London.Oversaw financial functions in managing pipelines, monitoring fees, coordinating billing process, managing costs against budget, budgeting and planning headcount, providing ad-hoc reports to the head of IB and Moscow CEO. Managed procurement function related to local Supply Chain.Covered HR function in conjunction with Global HR team based in London.

Centralized purchasing and inventory processes by implementing local procurement policy in liaison with global procurement group in Paris HQ. Developed and implemented a business continuity plan.
