I created the business development strategy; then hired a Sales team to execute the vision, taking us from zero to $3M+ ARR; recognized by our CEO as a key figure in our ascension from presence in just one state to more than 1500 campsites spanning 46 states; achieving 300% YoY growth. Earlier, with corporate housing boutique, “Novo World”, I cultivated business-critical partnerships with Amika, Bombay Sapphire Gin, and others, and reinvigorated a service focus to grow Customer Happiness from zero to 95% approval—while increasing the tenant return rate 50%.
