Senior Crm Technical Manager
To help our students be as successful as possible, I lead a team of Salesforce developers, and analyst/administrators who customize, support and manage our student advising and fundraising systems. We collaborate with clients in Advancement, Financial Aid, Student Life, School of Education, School of Nursing and Health Professions and the College of Arts and Sciences to identify needs and determine appropriate technical solutions. I provide direction and oversight for the design and development of the systems, allocate and prioritize resources to meet both daily operational needs and project timelines in a rapidly changing ITS environment with limited resources and provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and develop team members.Salesforce Lead on a successful, multi-year project to migrate our alumni relations and fundraising functionality and data from two legacy systems into Affinaquest, a Salesforce managed package. This project involved over 50 staff and included migrating decades of financial donation and alumni relationship data. This system will enable our Advancement team to meet the goals of our next 3-year, half-billion dollar capital campaign. Lead for the USFMobile app, which is the “single pane of glass” through which our students can access University resources. Students may access course schedules, grades, student organizations, add funds to their account and book appointments with administrative departments. Using USFMobile, faculty, staff and students must take the Covid Health Check before they are permitted on campus each day. The Health Check was a collaborative project that involved both Salesforce and USFMobile and saved the University $100,000 by being developed by our staff rather than purchasing a third-party solution. I work with the University CIO, and the AVPs and Director of Application Services to make strategic decisions with respect to the technology road-map and budget for the Salesforce and USFMobile app systems.
