I’m a multi-disciplinary creative practitioner, orbiting the spaces between art, science, exhibit and experiment. My practice explores the edges of 'not knowing' and is audience centred. I aim to shift power in who gets to access and generate ideas and knowledge, by enabling collective curiosity and imagination.I have experience in leadership in museums, particularly in vision building, culture change, participative practice and exhibition concepting. I worked for more than a decade in TV as a live broadcast producer and series producer for the BBC Proms and BBC Young Dancer, and as a script editor, BAFTA nominated writer and voice director for multiple children’s animation series. I’ve been involved with a number of boards for arts organisations and I am currently part of a Transformational Governance Collective exploring power shifts in governance, in support of just transitions and life-affirming organisational practice. I am Chair of the board for We are Unlimited Arts - an organisation commissioning extraordinary work from disabled artists until the rest of the sector does. My areas of experience are: Organisational culture change, museum vision and strategyScience in culture and participative practiceInteractive exhibit and experience development, small and large scaleBroadcast classical music and live arts eventsPreschool and children's animation series - as a script editor, writer and voice director
