The Programme is located at the European University Institute in Florence and is sponsored by the European Commission (DG Education and Culture) for around 50+ Fellowships. As the Program Coordinator, I assisted each Fellow and the faculty with accessing grants, processing reimbursements, inviting guests and in navigating Italian bureaucracy for immigrants.Achievements Include:• Deployed an organizational change management program moving the faculty onto digital systems which improved accuracy of data from 80% to more than 99%• Ensured compliance of the fellowship funding to properly process invoices and helped secure funding for prospective Fellows throughout the year • Maintained an updated calendar and kept all programme documents current on the web page and the shared folder• Organized workshops, dissertation dry runs, faculty functions and setting up group activities

Selected as the Program Assistant to the James Madison University’s (JMU) Masters of Administration program in political science with a concentration in European Union Policy Studies (EUPS) European politics, policy analysis, and the transatlantic relationship. Worked closely with JMU faculty to organize trips, produced newsletters, and act as the student liaison to businesses and EU government agencies.
