Provided with profitability figures, me and a senior colleague interviewed product owners, account teams and project managers to identify both profitability success factors and problems to solve. Some areas were identified as prioritized to improve and based on those, we developed new processes and tools we educated all commercial teams in. We also coached account and project managers with poor scores. After only two months, profitability of the commercial organization had increased significantly.
