The Commercial Projects group of Infrastructure Ontario identifies, develops, evaluates, structures, and negotiates strategic partnerships with the private sector in order to generate revenue, reduce costs, and create efficiencies in the public sector. These partnerships may be focused on complex land developments or divestments, alternative service delivery opportunities or economic development investments. The Commercial Projects team oversees projects from pre-transaction through implementation, serving clients in a variety of sectors including health, transportation, energy, and finance.
