I am LEDCONN's Sales Operation Team Lead with 6 years of experience with a blend of Account/Project Management (for 10-15 accounts) & Sales Coordination. My focus is to improve existing post-sale procedures and increase productivity across the Customer Success Team, create training materials for new onboarding members, as well as for any current product updates. I conduct the product & sales process training for new onboarding members. I work closely with our Supply Chain and Shipping department for daily Sales Coordination, preparing pick lists and packing lists for the day's shipment. Any special requirements per shipment will be notated by me and flagged to the Shipping Department.I will simultaneously work with the Accounting Department to make sure if there are any payment requirements prior to releasing the order or if the account is on hold due to outstanding credit balance.
