I am Anna Terra, born in Recife, Northeast Brazil, with 20 years of experience in the field of communication.I hold a degree in Advertising and Propaganda from the Higher School of Marketing - ESM (2008) and a postgraduate degree in Philosophy and Self-Knowledge from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS (2021). I have worked in some of the largest advertising agencies in the Northeast as a copywriter, planner, and managed creative teams for content and digital strategy. During this time, I developed campaigns with local and national reach, and received several awards in the field.Since 2015, I have been working as a communication consultant with a focus on digital strategy. I developed a collaborative planning methodology focused on providing autonomy to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, using tools of marketing, advertising, non-violent communication, and self-awareness to build efficient communication solutions.In 2020, I joined the team at Angola Comunicação, an agency formed 100% by women from the Northeast, dedicated to driving creative processes and social mobilization. I am part of the collective management as Communication Coordinator, performing tasks such as creative direction, project management, content production, scripting, communication planning, campaign development, workshop facilitation, client, partner, and supplier relationships, and executive process monitoring. Since then, I have worked with over 60 civil society organizations, especially those focused on topics such as Human Rights, Semi-Arid, Youth, Agroecology, among others.I am also a producer, screenwriter, and host of the podcast "Chá com a Impostora", where I interviewed various individuals to understand how Impostor Syndrome manifests in their lives. Additionally, I conduct courses, lectures, and workshops in the field of communication and female entrepreneurship.
