Responsible for creating and implementing Johnson Controls’ Corporate social media strategy and supporting enterprise-wide business unit social media activities.Current focus includes implementing the Corporate channel strategy and collaborating with business units to ensure global alignment, social participation of executive leaders, content development, international monitoring and research, measurement and reporting, employee training, reputation management, policy.

Responsible for strategic activities across the spectrum of Corporate Communications disciplines, including advertising, digital, media relations and brand. Developed and implemented traditional and digital advertising programs: US lead generation and global brand awareness. Responsible for audience targeting and research, key messaging, creative development, Microsite development and geographical localization, traditional and digital media buy, brand tracker & measurement, SEM and SEO. Implemented global media relations program - including development of press releases, media resources and messaging documents; executive interviews support and managing media inquiries. Managed Johnson Controls visual identity and brand messaging. Wrote, managed and produced Johnson Controls annual reports in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Responsible for European media relations and employee communications. Created and implemented the first region-wide media strategy to support business strategy for local markets. Developed and managed employee communications strategy to deliver key messaging to 7,500 employees across EMEA region, effectiveness measurement and identification of new communications channels. Supported customer relationship strategy through industry events and customer newsletter. Worked with European business leaders to develop and manage transition communication plans to mobilize new customer contracts and renew existing relationships
