Responsibility for building the brand at The Body Shop in Sweden externally via:- Corporate PR- Product PR- Customer Magazine- Social media- Charitable campaigns- National external sampling partnership

Responsibility for planning, compiling and executing the market event plan for retail, including:- Creating and managing a customer centric market calendar of events- Compiling market event materials including store communications- Implementing tactical trading activities- Leading the planning and co-operating of event activities across other functionsDuring my three years as Event Planner, I introduced successful activities as Customer Club Days, Sale Previews and VIP Events.

Responsibility for planning, co-ordinating and implementing the first wholesale channel for The Body Shop Sweden; department store chain Åhléns. Role included launching The Body Shop brand and product assortment in 45 Åhléns department stores, and planning and executing several marketing events and sales driving activities.

A co-ordinating role with main purpose to develop the swedish loyalty programme BODY&MIND Customer Club. Key responsibility was to position BODY&MIND Customer Club in the market, increase number of members and implement sales driving activities. Resulting in a 300% uplift in members and a successful strategy for loyalty building and sales driving acitivites. BODY&MIND Customer Club was chosen "most generous customer club in Sweden" by magazine Privata Affärer in 2010.
