Incredible three years spent on one the fastest launches of a Leadership Council in CEB's history, giving me a chance to apply 7+ years of experience in the flagship CFO program and corporate finance terrain to build out the business's initial research agenda and operating plan, website, and change management tools. Management responsibilities included:- Leading the CFO program's annual research studies on capital markets strategy, financial and strategic planning, and business performance management, including the flagship study on Intelligent Growth.- Providing close assistance to research teams in the Investor Relations, Treasury and Controller programs.- Advisory support and assistance for CFO and Investor Relations members and commercial partners.- Writing and editing the Finance Division's "Business Intelligence Quarterly" - a publication read by over 7,000 global finance, procurement, and strategy executives based on the division's best new insights.- Providing direct support to Account Managers for serving and renewing key memberships.- Coaching and development of research analysts in the US and India.
