Director Of Events, Sales & Marketing
Current•Pioneering business development initiatives through the sourcing and implementation of sales, marketing & and innovation tools.•Sole point of contact for all event-related communications across 3 markets and 7 locations (roughly $2.8m in yearly event & catering sales). •On-boarding & managing daily correspondence with sales fulfillment, customer data & marketing platforms such as Bikky, Seated, BentoBox, Tripleseat.•Distributing responsibility amongst the management team to establish an efficient workflow throughout the organization.•Tailoring marketing plans to the needs of seven locations, based on local market needs and individual pain points.•Tracking sales and marketing KPIs in order to pivot operations, resulting in an upswing in sales, ranging between 30 and 50% WoW.•Successfully pitching and publishing with media outlets, such as the NYTimes & Eater, on new business initiatives.•Working directly with the CEO and Director of Operations to develop goals for different pockets of the organization.•Creating brand awareness through partnerships with local alliances, including Dumbo Bid, Times Square & Downtown NY.•Establish & implement marketing strategies utilizing guest data. Creating automations & email marketing campaigns.
