I started my career as a Project Manager and then as a Event Rental Consultant from Classic Party Rentals in 2004 and became a part of 204 Events in 2015. Most recently, I was working at Signature Party Rentals. In consecutive roles, I established and sustained strong relationships with stakeholders. I developed proposals in line with stakeholders' goals, objectives, and expectations, while rendering quality services to generate positive feedback. I defined the project scope by incorporating key points in the contracts for clients’ review and approval. Earned and closed billing negotiations with stakeholders on favorable terms through tactful communication. I kept abreast of industry trends and attended networking events.I produced an array of social, public, and corporate events. Seamless execution by collaborating with clients, crews, and vendors, working at multiple locations to completing all tasks on time, within approved budget, and as per stakeholders’ expectations.A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Coordinated the UCLA Commencement Ceremonies for 10 years. This is the tailgating area used by Alumni, Fans and Sponsors during the UCLA football season. I expanded the Fan Zone area by maximizing the Sponsors’ areas by 8% each year.~ Planned and supervised the Harold Robinson Foundation Annual fundraiser, Pedals on the Pier for 10 years. I expanded this space by increasing the rentals to maximize the event’s footprint by 12% each year.~ Recognized for achieving $900K and $1.2M in sales in 2018 and 2019 respectively at Signature Party Rentals.~ Generated $300K and $500K in sales in 2015 and 2016 for the startup company at 204 Events.~ Commended for delivering $2M+ in sales from 2010 to 2014 at Classic Party Rentals.
