In my role as a Wellbeing Specialist, my responsibility was to support theorganization and people leaders in leading work ability and well-being atwork to improve business performance and employee experience.I was responsible for developing and implementing the workability supportsystem, developing processes, and effective data utilization. An importantpart of my work was cooperation with external partners and theinternational team.

As an HR Specialist, I developed and maintained processes related to theentire life cycle of an employment relationship. My job description alsoincluded e.g. Employment contracts and personnel planning andrecruitment-related tasks.

I was responsible for up-to-date and effective workforce planning, takinginto account TES, budget, and well-being at work. I worked closely with keypeople in the area. I was involved in the implementation of the workforceplanning system, and I worked as an administrator and trainer
