Oversaw over 20 tutors, ensuring smooth operation of the tutoring center for the greater benefit of students. Experience in both curve modeling and the bank's proprietary methodologies.• Suggested and oversaw projects to increase the area’s efficiency and automatize processes. Projects focused on monitoring, reporting, maintenance, and improvement/automation of the area. Emphasis on creating reconciliation processes to ensure operational efficiency.

Worked with a team to improve the communication system for users. Designed and created a new process of writing and sending messages to the user, as well as automating legacy systems. Implemented AI in the new process, for message personalization and analysis of consumer behavior, which led to an 89% increase in efficiency, achieving 39 times more user-behavior clusters.
